The Ideal candidate should,

• Be below 35 years of age
• Possess a G.C.E.(A/L) and G.C.E.(O/L) with 4 credit passes including Mathematics and English
• Computer Literacy
• Possess of valid riding license
• Have Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing financial products and credit evaluation
• Have good command in writing and spoken English, Sinhala or Tamil.
• Knowledge in Islamic Finance is an added advantage.
